These fit all X, Z, NS, and Team series subwoofers with tooled Sundown Frames.  (Excluding X-8" subs)
All mounting hardware is included.

These will not fit X-8" subwoofers. 
These do not fit 6-spoke or 12-spoke frames.
These do not fit LCS, E, SLD, SD, SA, or U model subwoofer
